These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 777ph ("777ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 777ph online casino platform accessible at https://777ph.club and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2.3 KYC Verification. 777ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.4 Exclusions. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 777ph, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 777ph is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 777ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 777ph will never request your password through any communication channel.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. 777ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards used for gambling funding purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. 777ph reserves the right to modify minimum transaction amounts with reasonable notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.5 Verification Holds. 777ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.
5.1 General. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 777ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 777ph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. 777ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on the Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of trained dealers and monitored by compliance personnel.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 777ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players. 777ph is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

8.1 By 777ph. 777ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
8.2 By the Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 777ph customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to verification.

11.2 777ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
777ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe that 777ph has acted in breach of applicable regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels.
777ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
